Pacific Life is investing in bright, agile, and diverse talent to drive innovation and deliver a superior customer experience. We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will be located in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
As a Senior TAC, you’ll play a critical role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Reporting to the Director, Talent Attraction and Engagement, you’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to support our hiring goals across multiple divisions. This position also plays a key role in process optimization and continuous improvement efforts across the global TA function.
How You’ll Make an ImpactCoordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person) across multiple time zones and functions.
Partner with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive, experience throughout the interview process.
Manage candidate travel and expense coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support sourcing activities and pipeline development through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Utilize and optimize TA technologies such as Workday Recruiter, HireVue, and other digital tools to streamline processes.
Monitor background checks, initiate onboarding activities, and ensure compliance across all pre-hire steps.
Collaborate with TA leadership on projects that enhance operational efficiency, candidate experience, and employment branding.
Apply an agile mindset and contribute to continuous improvement through process innovation, feedback loops, and system enhancements.
Serve as a mentor and resource for other coordinators, helping to promote consistency and best practices across the team.
3–5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiting Operations role (corporate or global environment preferred).
Experience with Workday Recruiting (or similar ATS) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Forms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on professionalism, service, and confidentiality.
A proactive, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
