What You Will Do
- Develop targeted attraction and engagement strategies to connect with active talent, leveraging job boards, social media, and impactful messaging, while partnering closely with the Recruiting Manager and experienced Talent Acquisition partners. This role is part of the Americas Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and will collaborate in trainings and strategic projects with teams based in the United States.
- Utilize existing sourcing strategies and potentially engage in active candidate hunting when necessary.
- Articulate a compelling career opportunity tailored to the candidate’s motivation.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit, presenting candidate match and value to the hiring team.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to support offer decisions and ensure a smooth and positive offer experience for candidates.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Contribute to Social Media efforts, actively promoting Stryker’s brand.
- Manage the end‑to‑end candidate and job requisition lifecycle using Applicant Tracking System, ensure accurate data for reporting, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen recruiting practices across specific regions or functions. This role supports hiring across Latin America.
What You Will Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree completed.
- Recruitment experience in a consulting agency and/or corporate recruiting.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
Preferred:
- Medical devices Industry or pharmaceutical.
- Experience using data to support sourcing and business decisions.
