The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Source, attract, evaluate, and select candidates according to the requested profile, including operational and administrative roles in Brazil, Mexico and other Latin American countries. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Coordinate with different areas such as HR Ops, Payroll, Security, IT, etc. of each country you recruit for the successful onboarding of new employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Your skills and experience
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree (graduate).
5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, including recruiting for manufacturing plant environments (hourly/production line and salaried plant/administrative-engineering roles) alongside corporate function roles.
Advanced level of English (C1) and Intermediate level Spanish communication skills (wiritten and spoken).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
5+ years of experience in recruiting for Latin American countries, mainly in Brazil.
Experience working with recruitment agencies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate successfully as a team.
Proven ability to manage and influence internal clients at different levels.
Workplace: Hybrid
This role will provide support to both our Campinas office and our manufacturing plant in Jarinu. The position requires the ability to commute between locations as business needs require.
