The Role
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst
In this role, you will:
  • Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
  • Record test progress and results
  • Identify and track issues throughout testing
  • Perform manual and automated testing
  • Consult with users providing advice and direction
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
  • Research system features being tested
  • Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
  • Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive system quality assurance testing initiatives across software platforms
  • Create test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scripts for complex business and technical scenarios
  • Validate IVR flows, CTI integrations, speech recognition performance, and end-to-end customer journeys
  • Execute test suites (manual and automated) and document test outcomes
  • Identify, document, and validate defect fixes and ensure alignment with specifications
  • Develop standards and procedures to improve test efficiency and determine release readiness
  • Lead and guide testing activities for medium to large initiatives
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to analyze defects and refine testing strategies
  • Drive implementation of testing-related initiatives impacting multiple lines of business
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance standards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement key risk and quality initiatives
  • 7+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience or equivalent through work, education, training, or military background
  • Demonstrated experience in testing IVR flows, speech systems, and customer engagement platforms
  • Experience with Hammer (preferred), Cyara, Empirix, or similar IVR testing tools
  • Strong experience across multiple testing domains
  • Hands-on experience in automation using Selenium / Playwright or similar tools
  • Expertise in Cucumber/BDD, automation framework design, scripting, debugging, and execution
  • Experience with automation reporting tools such as TestNG, Jenkins, HyperExecute, and version control using GitHub
  • Working knowledge of HP ALM/QC, Octane, TFS, JIRA, or similar defect management tools
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Solid experience with the Agile development lifecycle
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, take accountability, and deliver results under pressure
  • Experience mentoring team members or leading QA efforts within projects
  • Familiarity with brokerage/financial advisor platforms and associated workflows
  • Ability to design test strategies, estimate efforts, develop test plans, and manage end-to-end execution
  • Passion for continuous improvement in QA processes, frameworks, and tools
  • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and multi-step task execution
  • Exposure to LLM-driven testing assistants and agent-based automation for enhancing QA efficiency
  • Experience with AI-powered test case generation, self-healing tests, and intelligent defect prediction
  • Knowledge of applying AI agents to IVR, CCaaS, and conversational experience validation
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted automation using Copilot, OpenAI-based agents, or similar platforms
  • Ability to integrate emerging AI/ML capabilities into testing strategy and automation frameworks
  • Willingness to explore and experiment with new AI-driven quality engineering solutions
Job Expectations:
  • Work hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (subject to change based on business needs)
  • Occasional weekend support may be required
  • Support UAT for CSBBO CCaaS services and capabilities
  • Partner with business and technology teams (digital, mainframe, contact center, AI) to design, customize, and optimize test suites for web and desktop platforms
  • Contribute to test automation, test data management, analytics, and innovative technologies to improve QA effectiveness
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across global teams
