  • Participate in operating system and environment patching cycles to maintain stability, performance, and security.

  • Collaborate with peers and leadership on critical infrastructure domains including data protection, backup strategy, compute, networking, and virtualization.

  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution, including scheduled DR tests, to validate recovery objectives and service readiness.

  • Define and implement standards and best practices for managing a complex, multi‑data‑center environment with high availability and performance requirements.

  • Partner with information security teams to maintain a strong security and compliance posture.

  • Participate in a paid on‑call rotation and travel periodically to support Private Cloud Data Centers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise‑grade infrastructure and applications in an operational environment.

  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise storage, SAN, Windows Server, and Cisco UCS technologies, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

  • 4+ years of experience supporting VMware environments across multiple data center locations.

  • 2+ years of experience administering automation tools in an enterprise environment.

  • 2+ years of experience administering enterprise monitoring platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and technical documentation.

  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage workload with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or NetApp.

  • Experience with NetApp technologies including ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapCenter, deduplication, compression, and Cloud Insights.

  • Experience with configuration and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

  • Hands‑on experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Cohesity and Zerto.
