Senior L3 Systems Engineer with 10+ years supporting Windows Server environments. Troubleshoot AD (FSMO, trusts, replication, GPO), DNS, DHCP, clustering, patching, hardware/RAID, backups, certificates/IIS, and Azure/Azure AD Connect. Perform migrations (AD, DHCP, file/print), RCA for P1/P2 incidents, liaise with US/EU customers, escalate to lower tiers, and participate in change implementations. Works ITIL processes and 24x7 rotation shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing support to US & Europe customers hence communication should be crisp.
  • Interact with customers, end-users and team members.
  • Escalation points for lower tier technical teams
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance and support for hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Participation in completing customer change requests and problem ticket resolution outside of normal business hours.
