What you’ll do:
- Perform Integration activities of the Environmental Control System(ECS) in the Archer Integrated Labs and aircraft (Ground/Flight Test)
- Perform a wide range of tasks including: requirements development, verification procedure creation, test execution and supporting certification documentation
- Coordinate Integrated ECS related development, integration and verification activities between Archer teams and suppliers
- Coordinate with other System Engineers to ensure the fully integrated aircraft meets its requirements and is optimized
- Be hands on in a lab environment. Experience with thermocouples, anemometers, multimeters and monitoring of digital buses is very desirable.
- Be the main interface in the integration lab and aircraft integrating activities for the ECS components; troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Have a lot of fun…
- Travel: 20% or less
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree Automation or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Electro Mechanical knowledge. Basic software understanding
- 5 to 15 years of experience in Aerospace development or physical lab integration
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication
- Passion for learning and problem solving
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to step in and support where needed
- Experience executing formal Validation and Verification activities in a civil aerospace program
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with: 14 CFR Part 23 and/or 25 Certification, ARP-4754/ARP-4761, DO-254, and DO-178b/c
- Experience with Requirements Management Tools (e.g. Polarian and/or DOORS)
- Experience with Agile development methods

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $150,000-$200,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
