Reporting to the Sr Director of IT, you will deliver value realization through technology implementations that advance Conagra’s Modern Manufacturing program. You will help align Cloud technologies with plant‑floor Operations Technology, enabling a mobile, owner‑empowered manufacturing environment. You will lead and influence technical design, drive Digital Plant standards, and support scalable, reliable solutions across Supply Chain. 

 

A Taste of Your Responsibilities 

  • Define and evolve development frameworks and standards that align with enterprise strategies and technology roadmaps. 

  • Partner with product owners and delivery managers to understand data, information, analytics, and business intelligence requirements. 

  • Collaborate with Digital Plant leadership to evaluate and deploy emerging asset‑intelligence technologies to improve reliability, safety, and performance. 

  • Engineer Azure solutions consistent with Architecture guidance and manufacturing business needs. 

  • Partner with Information Security and Supply Chain Engineering to create Digital Plant strategy and processes for Operations Technology systems. 

  • Support data migrations to or from on‑premises and Cloud solutions, including Azure Data Lake, SQL, and PowerBI. 

  • Maintain roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with business objectives and continuous improvement. 

  • Assist in design and implementation of strategic mobility platforms. 

  • Serve as a change champion for Digital Manufacturing. 

  • Create or lead the creation of functional and technical specifications describing business needs and detailed system changes. 

  • Work with platform and portfolio leaders to align toolsets with application strategy and establish reusable Modern Manufacturing standards and patterns for data assets. 

  • Recognize and adopt best practices related to Azure services, data integration, and Operations Technology platforms such as SCADA and MES. 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Senior System Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and Shared Services Architects to finalize solution design. 

  • Partner with Manufacturing and Warehouse technology suppliers to design and implement solutions that reduce vulnerabilities within plant automation systems. 

  • Help influence IT Managed Service performance and escalation; troubleshoot complex issues with cross‑divisional teams. 

  • Support IT Managed Services for essential incident resolution. 

  • Partner across IT and the business to support Agile development, DevOps, and short‑cycle iterations to deliver value. 

 

Ingredients Required for Your Success 

  • Experience working within Agile or Continuous Delivery using tools such as Jira. 

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems. 

  • Experience supporting or contributing to Digital Plant or Smart Factory initiatives is highly desirable. 

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a history of delivering complex solutions in fast‑paced environments. 

  • Bachelor’s degree. 

  • Five or more years of experience in Information Technology or an equivalent role. 

  • Hands‑on experience supporting and engineering Microsoft Azure solutions and/or Operations Technology systems such as Ignition or TrakSYS MES. 

  • Experience with PowerBI or another dashboarding tool, including advanced features or scripting. 

  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory preferred. 

  • Domestic travel: 15%.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
