Staff Systems Architect

We are seeking a Staff Systems Architect to work closely with the Product and Engineering teams and to take new features from concept to the field.  You will start with high level requirements, collaborate with developers to architect and document solutions, and support integration and test of the features.  Some example features include new data pipelines, APIs, or customer facing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architect robust solutions to meet customer needs
• Capture requirements and write functional specifications
• Evaluate which technologies are the best fit for the feature under development
• Provide technical leadership for cross functional teams alongside a project manager
• Support integration with customers

Required:

• You have a B.S. in Engineering or any equivalent technical discipline
• You are familiar with requirements management tools such as Jama
• You are proficient with Python and data analysis tools
• You have experience using Cloud platforms such as GCP
• You have strong computer networking skills
• You have 7+ years of experience in systems engineering

Preferred:

• You have worked with wireless technologies such as RFID or UWB
• You have experience with Machine Learning (ML) data pipelines

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $220,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors,  including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan,  flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
