The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for design, development, and implementation of Cloud solutions for globally available application. Candidate will possess a results-driven, strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure centered around MS Windows products. Candidate would utilize experience with MS 365 solutions, and apply proven expertise in Failover Clustering, NetApp Storage solutions and Linux integration and optimization of cloud and on-premise environments. Candidates will need:
- In-depth knowledge of MS Windows Server operating systems, configuration management, and trouble-shooting.
- Expertise in designing failover clusters for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in NetApp Storage solutions, configuration, management, and optimization.
- Linux experience, with the ability o integrate and manage Linux systems within a Windows-centric environment.
- Familiarity with MS356 solutions, including migration, configuration, and management of cloud services.
- Expertise in Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Openstack
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as BASH, Python, and Ansible for automating tasks and workflows.
- Expertise with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Draw on experience to meet requirements for resilient, durable, and scalable solutions. Participate in planning, implementation and growth of Customer foundational footprint/capabilities. Work closely with the team of architects, software developers, and engineers to recommend and design database or data storage solutions that effectively reflect business needs, security and service level requirements. Work with application and architecture teams to conduct proof of concept (POC) and implement the design in production environment. Work with current application teams to understand our current applications and make migration recommendations and to-be architectures. Analyze applications for data integrity issues. Work independently or as part of a small team to design, build, automate and document the/a multi-tiered managed service platform. Work independently or as part of a small team to build out automation in support of the managed services platform. Write the required template documents, procedures, or guides associated with the respective managed services. Assist with the installation and configuration of a cloud management platform per the requirements of the respective services. Assist with technical documentation and/or training materials.

- Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Customer’s engineering development cycle and O&M processes
