The Role

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, you will provide oversight and delivery of complex projects, enhancements, and service requests within the SAP platform. You will be accountable and responsible for system architecture to develop features and stories to deliver business capabilities within SAP Procurement to Pay functional area. You will focus on partnering with solution architects within portfolios, shared service platforms and infrastructure to ensure stability and continuous improvement of processes and capabilities. Ensure that the newly created and existing applications follow quality standards.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership within the SAP Procure to Pay space
  • Review and further evolving development standards and framework
  • Oversight and responsibility for design, performance validation and testing methodologies to ensure technical solutions meet quality requirements.
  • Oversee quality of deliverables and follow the stipulated change control processes and release/transport management schedules.
  • Help manage roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure work continues to improve intended value / results
  • Active engagement with enterprise architecture to define architectural standards and validate through proof of concepts for us
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and IT (Information and Technology) Shared Services Architects to include design inputs.
  • Participate in Product and Agile team level ceremonies.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to IT Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Introduce and help coordinate change across all levels of the organization ensuring the adoption and maximum benefit of solutions
  • We ensure strict adherence to development standards and procedure within the SAP ecosystem

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information System or related field(s)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP P2P in the SAP ECC & S4 environment
  • Experience in Ariba Sourcing, SLP, Category management and Spend analytics
  • Relate technical and business concepts to leadership
  • Understanding of several areas such as PP, QM, FI, SD and WM is a plus
  • Experience with a managed IT service organization (on-shore and off-shore teams)
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future
  • This is a hybrid remote/in-office role and will require onsite work 3 days per week in our Omaha, NE office

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$90,900-$132,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
