Your Impact
- Orchestrate Infrastructure: You will lead the installation and administration of critical systems, ensuring that server and desktop configurations are not just functional, but optimized for peak efficiency.
- Fortify the Network: Take command of server enclaves. From managing Active Directory configurations to executing vulnerability assessments and certificate renewals, you will be the guardian of system integrity.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Act as the primary escalation point for hardware and software anomalies, transforming critical outages into opportunities for systemic improvement through innovative re-work solutions.
- Define the Standard: Create the blueprints for success by developing clear, concise documentation that ensures the organization can resolve incidents with speed and accuracy.
- Strategic Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical operations and leadership, communicating system health and proposing strategic upgrades to ensure long-term operational success.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- The Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or a related technical field, paired with 8+ years of professional experience (equivalent experience is welcomed).
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory, with a deep understanding of both Client and Server virtualization.
- The Toolset: Hands-on experience with Red Hat and VMWare, as well as a mastery of the modern admin stack: SALT, Ansible, Splunk, Puppet, SolarWinds, and Nessus.
- Security Mindset: A sophisticated understanding of advanced security protocols and information security principles.
MDOPS
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Automation Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or PowerCLI to drive efficiency through scripting.
- Data & Development: Experience with SQL Server and a background in Agile development environments.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with PKI systems, HSMs for key validation, and NTP for synchronization.
- Compliance Leadership: Experience navigating the complexities of security accreditation and certification documentation.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
