Job Description Summary:
System Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer serves as the system integrator for Radar Warning (RW) and Electronic Attack Counter Measures (ECM) technology. In this role they plan, execute, I&T activities starting from early test concept development through system certification. This includes functional simulation, subsystem and system integration and test, verification and validation (V&V), performance evaluation, and acceptance testing. System I&T Engineers leverage multi-disciplinary engineering expertise and collaborate with other Systems Engineers to establish clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements, inform and drive system concepts, architectures, and designs to promote testability, and utilize resident expertise and lessons learned to support the development of highly reliable, robust, and complex systems.
Job Responsibilities:

• Support integration & test multi-function Electronic Warfare systems
• Perform subsystem & system level integration test of software and or hardware components
• Verify technical requirements
• Utilize RF test equipment; signal generator, network analyzer, power meter, O-scope
• Understand RF Cascade Analysis
• Trouble shoot RF and digital domain
• Communicate information clearly, effectively, orally, written with stakeholders & project team
• Perform post test data analysis on system data

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration, all work will be performed at either Nashua NH, Manchester NH or Totowa NJ locations full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science and 4 or more years of related work experience
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Systems engineering development of DoD systems
• EW system design experience and product development (System V diagram)
• Strong skills in people management and team collaboration within systems engineering and across disciplines
• Ability to evaluate root cause and timely decision making
• Ability to lead a team to adapt to changes effectively

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with Electronic Counter Measures
• Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)
• Experience with RF Stimulators (CEESIM, A2PATS, etc)
• Understand RF concepts including antenna patterns, environmental effects, radar range, frequency range issues, spur, harmonics, etc.
• Understand or experience with one or more of the following design/test tools: C++, Joint Integrated Mission Model (JIMM), AFSIM, LabVIEW, MATLAB
• Experience using software tools like Jira, Confluence BitBucket, Gitlab
• Experience using scripting languages, such as Python or Bash

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
