Senior System / Business Analyst 1C

We are looking for a Senior System / Business Analyst (1C ERP).

Your main tasks will be:

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for 1C ERP
• Performing pre-project analysis and describing business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Designing functional solutions within 1C ERP and identifying functional gaps
• Preparing functional and technical documentation, including specifications and technical requirements
• Collaborating with development teams and supporting implementation activities
• Participating in testing, acceptance, and validation of implemented solutions
• Supporting data migration, user training, and system go-live activities
• Communicating with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations

We expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst 
• Practical experience with 1C ERP (mandatory)
• Proven experience in working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong experience in writing functional and technical requirements for development teams
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience preparing functional and technical documentation for ERP systems
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
• Russian — fluent
• English — working proficiency (B2 or higher)

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
