What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Senior System Administrator who doesn’t just maintain IT systems—but builds, optimizes, and scales them. You’ll be a key player in shaping our IT infrastructure as we continue our rapid growth. In this role, you will own mission-critical systems, solve complex problems proactively, and lead initiatives that drive business success.

What You'll Do
- Architect and scale our IT infrastructure, balancing security, efficiency, and performance in a growing company.
- Take full ownership of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring seamless functionality, security, and scalability.
- Mentor and lead junior IT staff, building a high-performing team that supports our business objectives.
- Problem-solve proactively—troubleshoot and optimize system performance before issues become roadblocks.
- Implement world-class security—fortify our IT environment against evolving cyber threats.
- Optimize SQL Server databases for reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Lead IT projects from ideation to execution, ensuring systems align with business goals.
- Manage disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime and business risk.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with development and business teams for seamless IT integration.
- Drive automation and efficiency through scripting and process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a bias for action and ownership.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud computing environments.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix).
- Deep technical skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to automate and optimize system administration.
- Experience leading IT projects, driving execution with speed and precision.
- Strong problem-solving mindset—you anticipate, diagnose, and eliminate issues before they impact operations.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity—you love tackling the unknown and finding innovative solutions.
- A proactive, business-oriented approach—you understand how IT drives company growth and success.
