Own a portfolio of public‑sector and nonprofit accounts: prospect, multi‑thread, and develop executive relationships; manage full sales cycles (discovery to close); maintain accurate HubSpot CRM pipeline; navigate public procurement processes with support; represent Agate at industry events and convert relationships into revenue, renewals, and expansions.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for grant-management SaaS. Conduct customer and market research, translate feedback into features, coordinate cross-functional teams, measure KPIs, and drive product launches and iterative improvements to increase adoption and user satisfaction.

Build and deliver end-to-end web application features across database, backend, and UI. Own revenue for assigned public‑sector accounts including renewals, expansions, cross‑sells, and new business. Prospect, run full sales cycles, maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot), drive account strategy, partner with PMO/Product for clean handoffs, represent the brand at events, and capture voice‑of‑customer and competitive insights to sharpen offerings.
