Responsibilities include risk management, stakeholder and customer collaboration, requirements gathering, business process modeling, technical team guidance, quality assurance, functional and user acceptance testing, documentation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. The role is onsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Own and modernize a broad Microsoft infrastructure environment spanning Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, security, monitoring, backup, and recovery. Automate administration with PowerShell, troubleshoot complex production issues, improve resilience and security, and contribute to cloud architecture modernization. The role partners across technical and business teams and offers significant autonomy in a small infrastructure team.

Lead the transformation and scaling of Agate Software’s Project Management Organization. Responsibilities include PMO operating model and governance, portfolio strategy, capacity planning, delivery practices, metrics, change management, cross-functional alignment, customer outcomes, and development of PMO leaders. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Sales, and executive leadership to improve scalability, visibility, accountability, and delivery performance.
