Why your role mattersWe're moving into our own Microsoft 365 tenant, and you’ll be the technical lead making that transition smooth and successful. From initial setup through to migration and post-migration fine-tuning, your work will shape how our people work across multiple locations.
On top of that, you’ll manage and improve the full digital workplace experience - devices, identity, security, and support - while directly managing a Junior Workspace Manager and guiding others across different offices (like Pasadena, Montreal, and Paris). This is your chance to drive real impact and set a new standard for how we work.
Tenant rollout: Handle everything from setup and licensing to migration, mail flow, and post-move optimization.
Workspace management: Work with Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, conditional access, and other tools to keep things secure, efficient, and user-friendly.
Device and access management: Ensure devices are enrolled, secure, and compliant - supporting hybrid teams across multiple countries.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with security, infra, and application teams to troubleshoot and improve the overall experience.
Policy and process design: Create structure where it’s missing, improve what exists, and help drive consistency.
Team and stakeholder coordination: Functionally manage a Junior Workspace Manager and align with local contacts globally on workplace logistics.
Automation and adoption: Use PowerShell scripting to reduce manual work and support users in adopting new workflows.
Workplace strategy: Help shape how we approach the digital workplace—not just follow what's already there.
The new M365 tenant is fully up and running, and people know exactly how to use it.
Endpoint and IAM are secure, efficient, and user-friendly.
You've introduced new policies or processes that make life easier for users, and for the team.
Colleagues and stakeholders see you as their go-to person for all things M365 and workspace.
You’ve automated at least a few tedious tasks away and made workflows smoother.
You’ve helped us improve - not just maintain - how we work.
Workspace management: You have solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365- think Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, and all things device and identity management.
OS knowledge: You're comfortable managing and supporting users across Windows, MacOS, and even Linux.
Automation skills: You use PowerShell to automate, configure, and streamline where possible—and you're always looking for ways to remove repetitive tasks.
Security mindset: You understand how to keep environments secure without making things harder than they need to be - MFA, conditional access, compliance settings, and DLP are part of your toolkit.
Coordination & leadership: You’ve worked across locations, managed tasks with remote contacts, and know how to steer others - even if they don’t report to you directly. You’re also confident guiding a junior team member.
Proactive & structured: You don’t wait for clarity; you help create it. Whether it’s setting up new processes or improving existing ones, you bring structure to complexity and take initiative without needing constant direction.
Communicator: You can explain your technical decisions clearly and involve others along the way, whether it’s a peer, stakeholder, or end-user.
Location: You’re based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam area) and are ok with being onsite 3 days a week.
Real Impact: You’ll lead the rollout of our new Microsoft 365 tenant and shape how our teams work securely and efficiently across the globe - this isn’t just support work, it’s foundational.
Small Team, Big Ownership: From setting policies to managing devices and identity, you’ll have the freedom to improve how we work and the trust to make decisions that stick.
Competitive Perks: Enjoy great pay, shift bonuses, an annual bonus, 25 vacation days (excluding national holidays), travel allowance, and a premium-free pension.
Skill Development: Level up with career guidance and education reimbursement.
Gaming Perks: Get lifetime access to Ubisoft’s game library
Stay Active: Use our in-house gym in Rotterdam or unwind in the game and music rooms.
