We are seeking a to join our team at our Waltham, MA or Austin, TX office for this hybrid role.

The Senior Supply Chain and Quality Analyst is responsible for managing key partners who manufacture and supply Imprivata's hardware products. This position is responsible for ensuring a stable global supply chain via demand planning, including quality assurance, as well as, acting as liaison between vendors and Imprivata engineering. This is a cross-functional global position that interacts with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Product Management, and Engineering.

  • Develop and maintain global supplier/partner relationships
  • Manage demand and forecast planning utilizing Imprivata NetSuite & SalesForce tools
  • Share forecast and intel with suppliers to ensure smooth flow of product
  • Coordinate product changes and new product launches between suppliers and internal engineering teams
  • Interface with and support Sales teams and Deal Desk on customer opportunities
  • Monitor and manage the RMA process between Imprivata, Supplier and Customer
  • Ensure products meet established quality standards and industry benchmarks
  • Monitor processes and inspection protocols at supplier manufacturing sites
  • Establish performance reports and review process for each manufacturing site
  • Propose measures and process improvements to enhance operations, ensure reliability and minimize defects at partner manufacturing sites
  • Backup colleagues by processing hardware and/or software customer orders as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned and required



  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business with emphasis in Supply Chain or Quality Assurance or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of work experience in supply chain planning and quality
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Ability to successfully work across multiple levels of an organization
  • Decisive and skilled in negotiation with the ability to establish strong partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with NetSuite and Sales Force is a plus


This position offers a salary range of $101,800.00 to $126,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
