Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Associate to support inventory planning, sourcing coordination, and day-to-day supply chain operations across our brands. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to contribute to sourcing initiatives, supplier coordination, and process improvements.
You’ll work closely with the supply chain and operations team to ensure products are stocked, suppliers are aligned, and data is accurate across systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesSourcing & New Supplier Coordination- Research and identify potential suppliers and manufacturers aligned with product requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, lead times, samples, and production timelines.
- Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Collect, organize, and compare supplier quotes, specs, and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate sourcing trackers, supplier databases, and communication logs.
- Assist with supplier performance tracking and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops.
- Maintain and update inventory dashboards, trackers, and forecasting spreadsheets.
- Support purchase order preparation based on demand planning and replenishment needs.
- Track inbound shipments and restocks; flag potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate with 3PLs and warehouses to support inventory flow and fulfillment.
- Prepare weekly inventory and supply chain status reports.
- Assist with data entry, audits, and documentation across sourcing and supply chain workflows.
- Help maintain SOPs and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools, trackers, and reports.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or eCommerce-related roles.
- Exposure to sourcing or supplier coordination.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops.
- Familiarity with inventory management or order management systems.
- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping timelines, or fulfillment processes.
