The Full-Stack Developer / Shopify Expert will optimize Shopify websites to improve conversion rates and performance, running A/B tests and analyzing customer behaviors.

The Automation Specialist will design and deploy automation workflows, streamline processes across teams, and support scalable growth by eliminating manual tasks.

Evaluate customer interactions across email, chat, and voice using QA scorecards; conduct audits and coaching; identify trends and root causes; recommend process and workflow improvements; prepare QA reports; maintain scorecards, SOPs, and knowledge base; support onboarding and training; collaborate with leadership to improve quality metrics.

Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions to retain customers, resolve orders/fulfillment issues, upsell/cross-sell, maintain accurate records, meet performance targets, and suggest process improvements. Initial 3-month contract with potential full-time conversion.

Support inventory planning, supplier sourcing/onboarding, and daily supply chain operations across Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shops. Maintain trackers, prepare POs, monitor shipments, coordinate with 3PLs, and drive process improvements and reporting.
