We are currently seeking an expert and skilled Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Senior SQE, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers' factories in East China.
What you'll be doing:
Handle and lead all aspects of the factory quality onsite of manufacturers, including NPI and mass production with cross function teams.
Ensure manufacturers stay in sync with quality requirements of NVIDIA products.
Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address quality issues with manufacturers.
Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards to track and supervise supplier quality performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, implementing process improvements and collaborating on corrective actions.
Work closely with multi-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, and Operations, to ensure effective supplier quality management.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, assembly or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality role. Cable and connector experience would be a plus.
Shown experience in supplier quality management, including supplier selection, evaluation, and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, successfully collaborate with suppliers and internal partners.
Shown leadership skills, lead multi-functional teams and get results.
Experienced in quality task management, with the ability to lead multiple quality projects simultaneously.
Strong dedication to continuous improvement and driving excellence quality from supplier.
