We are currently seeking an expert and skilled Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Senior SQE, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers' factories in East China.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle and lead all aspects of the factory quality onsite of manufacturers, including NPI and mass production with cross function teams.

  • Ensure manufacturers stay in sync with quality requirements of NVIDIA products.

  • Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address quality issues with manufacturers.

  • Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards to track and supervise supplier quality performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, implementing process improvements and collaborating on corrective actions.

  • Work closely with multi-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, and Operations, to ensure effective supplier quality management.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, assembly or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality role. Cable and connector experience would be a plus.

  • Shown experience in supplier quality management, including supplier selection, evaluation, and development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, successfully collaborate with suppliers and internal partners.

  • Shown leadership skills, lead multi-functional teams and get results.

  • Experienced in quality task management, with the ability to lead multiple quality projects simultaneously.

  • Strong dedication to continuous improvement and driving excellence quality from supplier.
