Position SummaryThe Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services is responsible for leading accounting and financial operations for the Florida Customer Service Center System (CCSS) program. Reporting to the Director, Finance Services, this role manages financial reconciliations, reporting activities, audit support, and process improvements while leading a team of accounting professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals.
Oversee account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
Review and approve journal entries and financial analyses.
Monitor financial deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and service levels.
Support internal, external, and client audits.
Identify and resolve financial variances and operational issues.
Develop and maintain effective financial controls and standard operating procedures.
Partner with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Support special projects and financial initiatives as needed.
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or financial operations.
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification.
7+ years of accounting or finance experience.
Experience supporting transportation, tolling, government contracts, or transaction-processing environments.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $58,520-$76,000.
