Job Title: Senior Strategy Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

The strategy role provides a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on all aspects of the Finance Services strategy. It is an opportunity to increase your network and visibility across GBS and Finance organisation.
Strategy & Functional Plan:
• Organize for success for GBS 2.0 Finance Transformation agenda
• Help shape the strategy including business targets, ensuring we can accurately measure and analyse progress and lead on key reporting forums (various Steer Co meeting, GBS LT etc) back to our LT
• Together with the Leadership Team determine and keep track of agenda for Strategy, Vision and Functional Plan for the year
• Develop and deliver the annual Strategy & Functional Plan
• Determine and create framework on the Strategic Jobs to Be Done both from global perspective and regional market perspective. Assure prioritisation conversations can happen at leadership team level where needed to assure balanced workload across the teams.
• Work with our WL3+ directors and HR function to bring our team’s values to life through people pillar initiatives etc
• Lead one of the workstream / project under GBS 2.0 agenda delivery the impact
• Bringing external in by preparing for engagement with external partners and connecting the Dots
• Bring Tech and AI insights to challenge the Status quo and drive Tech transformation.
FS Leadership Team:
• Own Agenda of the Leadership Team meetings: Agree and set agenda, define pre-work, and review materials
• Drive overall leadership team Engagement
• Drive decision making in Leadership Team, and be able to communicate decisions and cascade to full team

Drive Priority Governance:
• Tracking of the ongoing projects both from global and regional level and providing regular updates to LT
• Work with Leadership teams, Functional partners to establish and improve the Operating model in line with strategic priorities
• Stakeholder Management - Assist LT where possible & necessary
• Help drive the overall communication and engagement strategy within the whole finance services team

Experience and qualifications required:
Desired

• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills, as well as cross-functional team facilitation experience required
• Ability to move easily from Helicopter view across the whole Service Line into the details of a project if needed and vice versa
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks according to business needs; working with remote and virtual teams.

• External orientation - focusing on needs of our internal customers. Building external relationships which benefit the business and bring continual improvement.
• Is comfortable engaging, influencing and negotiating at all levels of seniority, can develop effective relationships with stakeholders in order to get results and has a strong network internally and externally
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills, able to deliver feedback effectively and express thoughts concisely

Essential Skills
• 8-10 years in Finance
• Proven experience of managing an effective working relationship and influencing stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• PMO experience
