About The RoleAs the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, you will drive incremental growth initiatives that propel The RealReal’s marketing performance and business impact. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, analyzing performance gaps, and developing innovative, data-driven strategies to unlock new growth potential. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Minimum Requirements:

7+ years of experience in strategy, business development, marketing, analytics or related fields

Exceptional skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and translating insights into strategies

Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking to capitalize on growth opportunities

Preferred Requirements:

The expected salary range for this role is $140,000-$162,886. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
