The core mission of this role is to drive the inorganic growth agenda and ensure seamless execution across all phases of the deal lifecycle within China mainland. This encompasses the identification of bolt-on or strategic acquisition targets, leading end-to-end deal execution—including initial target engagement ("ice breaking"), rigorous due diligence, contractual negotiation, internal reporting—and coordinating comprehensive post-merger integration. The successful individual will partner closely with regional business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality transactions and maximize post-deal value creation.您将如何贡献和成长？

Key Responsibilities

• Target Relationship & Branding: Cultivate long-term, trustworthy relationships with potential acquisition targets, expanding professional networks, and actively promoting the company's brand within the market.
• Opportunity Sourcing & Evaluation: Lead the systematic screening and rigorous evaluation of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, ensuring strict alignment with overarching company growth objectives and specific business line strategy.
• End-to-End Deal Execution: Drive the end-to-end execution of M&A processes, spanning from initial target screening and origination through comprehensive due diligence, transaction structuring, development of robust valuation models and business plans, negotiation, and final Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing.
• Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Anticipate and manage all necessary internal governance and approval processes, including drafting comprehensive documentation, and driving proactive internal collaboration and alignment across corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Tax), business leaders, and external advisors.
• Post-Acquisition Integration: Coordinate and oversee the post-acquisition integration process to ensure the acquired entity is swiftly and properly integrated, achieves expected performance targets, and fulfills all stipulations outlined in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, with a demonstrably strong track record of successful transaction closures.
• In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, legal documentation, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to effectively identify and evaluate complex business opportunities.
• Proven financial acumen, encompassing expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and comprehensive deal structuring.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities under pressure.
