Senior Strategic Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Sr Strategic Graphic Designer to join our Brand, Creative and Campaigns Team. In this role, 50% of the time you will be responsible for the creation of multi-discipline marketing assets and ensuring that they are executed to the highest standard, while maintaining brand consistency. The other 50% of this role is responsible for assisting C-suite and senior executives with an array of strategic communications. Specifically, but not limited to, preparing high-impact presentations that clearly convey complex information through effective visualization and storytelling. This role requires a high-level of professionalism and business acumen and you will need strong interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Schedule flexibility is mandatory for this role. This role reports directly to the Sr Director, Brand, Creative & Campaigns. 

• A passion for design and a creative flair 
• Creating slide presentations in various sizes, building visuals (charts, graphs, unique images), and incorporating complex animations and transitions in Google and PPT environments 
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight turn times, manage various projects, and liaise with executive leadership directly 
• Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize a large workloads according to ever-changing business needs 
• A collaborative approach and meticulous level of detail in all endeavors 
• A self-starter, able to work autonomously and on their own initiative 
• Capable of internalizing Vonage Branding Guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables 

• Proven experience as a design lead in both graphic design and presentations, minimum 7+ years 
• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Google slides features and functionalities, including designing, formatting, animation, and transitions
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your eye for detail across multiple digital platforms (presentations, collateral, advertising, OOH, event materials, social) 
• Ability to work flexible working hours in order to hit hard deadlines is required 
• Excellent proofing skills area required to maintain quality control ensuring presentations are accurate, free of errors, and adhere to quality standards 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Experience working directly with executive leadership 
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver work on time utilizing project management software like Monday.com 
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong proficiency as an illustrator using Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with incorporating audio, video, and other multimedia elements into presentations
•  Ability to create compelling data visualizations using charts and graphs
• Experience in AEM, Ceros, Figma, and Sketch are a bonus
