Senior Strategic Finance Lead

As the Senior Strategic Finance Lead for the Americas region, you’ll be responsible for rapidly scaling up Blacklane in the USA, Canada and Latin America - forging a path sometimes clouded in ambiguity to sustainable and extraordinary-luxury growth. You’ll foster dynamic relationships with your high performing colleagues and move at blistering pace, placing significant bets to make Blacklane ‘The Global Chauffeur Company’ and deliver on the huge potential available.

• Be the Strategic Finance business partner for the Americas region working hand in hand with the CEO Americas and the General Managers and reporting to the Director of FP&A
• Develop and execute business plans with full FP&A ownership of the Americas region including forecasting, budgeting and reporting
• Foster close collaboration with Marketing, Operations as well as other functional areas
• Build data driven insights find opportunities to explore further growth opportunities
• Know your business inside out

 ABOUT YOU:

• You are a Finance professional who excels working in a scale up environment with at least 5 years post qualification experience
• You are always thinking about new opportunities for growth, grounded in a data driven approach
• You are a self-starter and highly driven to achieve outstanding results
• You are excellent at building relationships and commanding influence cross functionally
• You are curious by default
• Experience working with Luxury and or Technology brands a plus
