In this role, you will primarily support commercial communications for Ortho Tech’s business units. • Support communication planning and execution for commercial change initiatives, helping impacted audiences understand what is changing, why it matters, and what is expected of them.
  • Develop communications supporting sales incentive initiatives, ensuring information is accurate, timely and easy for sales audiences to understand.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on audience, channel, timing and content strategy to improve relevance, clarity and engagement while reducing unnecessary volume and duplication.

  • Develop and execute communications supporting Ortho Tech culture and employee-engagement priorities, including culture initiatives and related campaigns.
  • Lead communications for division recognition programs and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to highlight accomplishments and celebrate employees and teams.
  • Own editorial planning, content development, and production for the Robotics Innovation Center newsletter and other Weston site communications.
  • Support HR-related communications for the commercial businesses, partnering with HR and the Strategic Communication Managers on time-sensitive communications.
  • Support execution for the Ortho Tech North American Sales Meeting and other priority commercial or employee-engagement events.
