We are looking for a  Recruitment Senior Staffing Coordinator at our office in Round Rock, TX. Work is performed in a hybrid 3 days in office/2 days in home (after 90-day training period in office only), from 8AM to 5PM, M-F, located at:

Summary: 

Senior Staffing Coordinator’s oversee and assist the staffing team to ensure our clients’ hiring needs are met. They track and monitor data and identify trends that impact our client’s daily metrics. They audit daily reports to ensure accuracy and the department meeting SLAs, and they monitor employee performance and submit weekly reports to management. A Senior Staffing Coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external clients and have great diligence in identifying areas for improvement. Ideal candidates would have prior recruiting experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Audit and maintain recruiting report data.
  • Work with SF Success Factors (Recruitment) as well as PeopleSoft.
  • Work on monthly due diligence audit reports
  • Help with training new hires.
  • Help with Job Req distribution and assignments.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal staff and external clients.
  • Ability to adapt well to change based on client needs.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Understand and follow client HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist client via email and phone.
  • Other duties, as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or manager.

Required Experience: 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic general knowledge of recruiting best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors highly desired.

Pay Transparency Statement

Strada takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Strada does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $39,600.00/year (for full-time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $73,600.00/year (for full-time employees).

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

35,600 USD

Maximum :

56,600 USD
