Role
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Engineering team in a hybrid capacity, reporting to the VP, Software Engineering.
This is a green field opportunity to define and build a new class of market-defining AI security products. As a senior member of a growing team, you will ensure our services are reliable, scale efficiently, and offer a delightful experience to our customers.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Drive the hands-on design and development of highly scalable cloud-based REST applications using enterprise Java, Python, or Go
- Architect and implement solutions utilizing OAuth/SAML frameworks and complex database systems
- Deploy and manage services within cloud platforms based on Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Lead the development of AI security products from the ground up, ensuring multitenant architecture excellence
- Manage multiple high-priority initiatives with meticulous organization to drive successful product completions

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions, typically gained through 10 or more years of software development
- Advanced coding proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and related development frameworks
- Hands-on expertise with systems including RDBMS, REDIS, Elastic Search, and Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Proven ability to design distributed systems that function reliably in a scalable fashion
- BS or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Direct experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade security or networking products
- Proven ability to write high-performance code optimized for big data setups and massive volume growth
