Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack to join our OneUI team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering.
You will drive our frontend engineering with a strong full-stack approach, bridging the gap between innovative UI development and robust backend implementation. As part of the team that built the world’s largest cloud security platform, you will help enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility with a cloud-first strategy.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Architect, design, and implement sophisticated, enterprise-grade web applications utilizing modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux
- Build, optimize, and maintain complex, data-driven dashboards and create advanced data visualizations leveraging tools like D3.js
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable UI components and robust frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product, and QA teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and globally accessible user experiences
- Integrate effectively with backend APIs and microservices, contributing to server-side Node.js and other full-stack projects as required

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of professional experience in UI engineering, with at least 5 years focused on architecting large-scale applications using ReactJS and Redux
- Deep expertise in ReactJS development, including TypeScript, ES6+, and advanced state management paradigms
- Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and CSS, including responsive design, mobile-first methodologies, and the CSS box model
- Proven track record of developing reusable UI components and robust frameworks using ReactJS and JavaScript
- Proficiency with front-end build tools, package managers, monorepo architectures like Nx, and version control systems
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Operational proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Go and various SQL/NoSQL database management systems
- Demonstrable experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated deployment strategies
- A proven history of contributions to open source UI libraries, frameworks, or internal design systems
