Your Team, Your Impact
The Custom and Compute Solutions Business Unit closely collaborates with
strategic customers in the development of advanced and highly complex SoCs, from architecture and design all the way through layout, packaging, prototype validation and production ramp up.
What You Can Expect
•Lead UVM/SystemVerilog testbench development for sub-system using third party VIPs
• Drive constrained-random verification with UVM environments and coverage-
closure• Lead DV sign-off reviews and interface with Architecture, RTL, DFT, PD, and customer teams
• Drive automation and scripting (Perl/Python/TCL) to improve design flows and
extensive usage of AI agents and tools.
• Besides DV, capable of managing and leading design team as well, overseeing RTL coding, synthesis, lint, CDC, and LEC for subsystem IPs
• Knowledge of peripheral IPs like QSPI, SPI, I3C, I2C, PMBus, AVSBus, GPIO, DMA,
Fuse Controller, UART etc.
• Experience with third-party IP/VIP integration from vendors such as Synopsys,
Cadence and ARM, including customization and subsystem integration
• Experience with interconnect fabrics such as Arm and Arteris fabrics, AXI/APB
protocols, and NoC architecture
• Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives and provide regular status
updates to executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
• 15–18+ years of hands-on experience in VLSI design, with at least 3–5 years in a
formal management or technical lead capacity.
• Manage a team of Design and DV engineers, fostering a culture of innovation while providing hands-on technical guidance to both junior and senior staff.
• Strong experience with Verilog, System Verilog, and UVM.
• Expertise in unit and subsystem verification, modern verification concepts.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, C, C++, and scripting (Perl, Tcl, Python preferred).
• Strong debugging skills and verification flow optimization.
• Define and own the DV strategy, verification spec (MAS), and test plan for
subsystem, leveraging COE methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong inclination to use AI tools for automation.
