As Senior Staff IT Compliance Operations Manager, you will lead strategic IT Security, Risk, and Compliance programs, driving measurable improvements in compliance posture and risk reduction across the organization. You will champion DBS and continuous improvement, owning remediation of audit findings, control gaps, and Kaizen initiatives while leveraging automation to streamline compliance operations.
In this role, you will also oversee day‑to‑day Technology Hub operations, including facilities, vendors, budgets, and resource planning, ensuring strong operational and financial governance. You will partner closely with leaders to support associate engagement, leadership visits, and employer‑branding initiatives, helping to build a high‑performing and well‑governed technology environment.
The role reports to the VP, IT Security, Risk & Compliance and is part of the Information Technology organization. This is an onsite role, based in Krakow.
What You Will Do
Lead strategic IT Security, Risk & Compliance programs, ensuring measurable improvements in compliance posture and risk reduction.
Serve as DBS champion, embedding continuous improvement principles into compliance and operational processes.
Develop, track, and close remediation plans for audit findings, control gaps, deviations and Kaizen initiatives.
Drive automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce manual compliance effort.
Oversee day-to-day Technology Hub operations, including facilities, resources, and administrative processes.
Manage space planning, equipment provisioning, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
Control operational budgets and ensure alignment with financial and compliance policies.
Support associate engagement, leadership visits, and employer branding initiatives.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
8+ years’ experience in IT project, risk, compliance, service, or operations management within a global enterprise environment.
Proven experience in operational management, budgeting, and vendor management.
Experience applying DBS, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Experience
Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or financial services.
Experience with employee engagement and technology hub branding initiatives.
Travel
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, if required.
