Job Description- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
- Create integration design documents and solution design documentation, ensuring all integration points are well-documented.
- Support data mapping and ensure proper alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop alternative solutions when necessary.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects identified during system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Demonstrate proposed or delivered solutions to project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Assist in developing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Data for system validation.
- Review and prepare required documentation for deploying solutions to the production environment.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365).
- Hands-on experience implementing systems/applications with multiple integration points.
- Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Proficient in writing Technical and Functional Specifications and other relevant design documents (e.g., Data Mapping Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Process Diagrams).
- Ability to develop test cases and evaluate test outcomes to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with non-technical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Services, or similar technologies.
