Job Description

  • Strong experience as Scrum Master  with 10+ years of experience - EST Time zone
  • Guides and coaches, the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
  • Experience of working in Enterprise Agile Safe.
  • Excellent communication and Servant leadership skills
  • Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
  • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Facilitates and supports scrum events as needed: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Helping the product owner maintain the Product backlog
  • Coach teams on self-organization, estimation techniques, and Agile engineering practices.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed
  • Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Track and report Agile metrics.
  • Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address team dysfunctions proactively.
