Job DescriptionRole: Project Manager

Job Overview:
- Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals and prescribing tailored recommendations to achieve them. Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), customer project artifacts, and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for project budgets, milestone dates, and work quality.
- Track detailed engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary.
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal & external project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently, ensuring project success.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project scope, developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Enablement, acting as a trusted thought leader and advisor to your customers.
- Coach and mentor project team members, potentially across multiple time zones, to enhance teamwork both internally and with the client.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the team's capabilities.
- Partner with sales and services sales teams to scope and estimate sales opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Must have Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager, overall 7-9 years.
- Project Management methodologies (Strong), Communication & collaboration (Strong)
Good To Have Skills:
- Sales and distribution, Logical reasoning, Conflict Resolution (Strong)
