Job DescriptionRole- Project Manager – PMO
Duration- 6 months plus extension
Location – Plano, TX 75024
Work Model – Onsite – Hybrid (3 days work from office)
About the Role:
- Client's Product Delivery & Success team, part of the Digital Products and Services (DPS) organization, drives end-to-end delivery across Strategy and Transformation priorities. The team partners closely with business, engineering, and design functions to accelerate Client's digital transformation.
- As a Project Manager – PMO, you will play a critical role in providing delivery governance and execution oversight for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- This is a hands-on delivery leadership role with responsibility for coordinating complex, cross-functional programs and leading Scrum Masters supporting the programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Manage program/project finances (Help the leads with SOW/ Contracts management, forecasting, Budget vs. Actual monitoring, Review FTE/ Contractor allocations/movements etc.)
- Strong collaboration & Stakeholder management skills to drive key action items
- Conversant with excel based data analysis, functional understanding of dashboards
- Ability to do executive level reporting
- Partner closely with engineering, business, design, and platform teams to define scope, manage dependencies, identify constraints, assess risks, and establish realistic delivery timelines
- Provide delivery governance and execution oversight for complex digital transformation programs
- Proactively identify and manage technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communication risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues
- Coordinate and streamline communication across internal and external teams, including clear and timely updates to senior leadership
- Collaborate with program and product leadership to shape and deliver the product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution
- Ensure alignment with Agile delivery practices, SDLC standards, and quality expectations.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience delivering complex programs within CPG organizations or top-tier consulting firms.
- Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional, technology-driven projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing delivery teams.
