Job DescriptionRole Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale banking technology projects and working closely with the client and project teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking system implementations/upgrades, proven experience managing large project teams, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate banking system upgrade/implementation projects.
- Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50–60 members.
- Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams.
- Track project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project governance and status meetings.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure effective communication between the client and project teams.
- Support risk and issue management and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
