Key Responsibilities:
- As a Technical Product Analyst, this person will be responsible for developing and enhancing Expert Search and AI Chatbot Agent solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective execution of product roadmaps, facilitating team operations, and working closely with key stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and search engines, combined with excellent project management and communication skills. You will be involved in epic planning, story mapping, refinement, unblocking team members, and ensuring optimal team performance.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, epic planning, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with development teams and ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Ensure all user stories and product epics are clear, detailed, and prioritized.
- Manage product backlog and ensure smooth sprint delivery.
- Drive the technical aspects of generative AI implementations, utilizing platforms like OpenAI and Azure AI.
- Focus on search engine optimization
- Experience with Elastic Search is a plus, particularly in enhancing search functionality and performance.
- Act as a key contact for team members, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical or operational roadblocks, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Present roadmaps, product updates, and technical insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs, particularly related to AI model hosting
- Ensure the technical infrastructure is cost-effective and scalable for global use.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, or a similar role in AI, software, or search engine technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools
- Track record of managing and optimizing cloud-based AI products a plus
- Strong experience working in Agile development environments, with a focus on OKRs, iterative product development and delivery.
Generative AI:
- Familiarity with OpenAI models and Azure's AI capabilities.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining AI-powered search agents.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Expertise in SEO strategies to optimize search result relevancy within expert search systems.
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies:
- Proven experience with JIRA and other project management tools.
- Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and story mapping.
Cloud Infrastructure & Cost Management:
- Experience in optimizing cloud costs, particularly on Azure or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices for deploying AI solutions.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Networking & Presentation Skills:
- Excellent networking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Data Management:
- Experience with Snowflake or other data warehousing solutions for managing large data sets.
Additional Skills:
- Additional Technical Tools:
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with API integration and maintaining secure data pipelines.
- Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Elastic Search:
- Knowledge of Elastic Search for search indexing and ranking is a plus, contributing to enhanced search functionalities.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics & Visualization:
- Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and data analytics.
- Experience in Product Metrics and KPIs:
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product’s success.
