About the Team:
DevOps/SRE focuses on providing an end to end service to turn software into live services.
We work closely with Engineering, QE and Customer Support teams to continuously improve engineering productivity and service reliability.
About the Role:
- Join this highly motivated team to maintain the service quality of Obsidian Security customer-facing SAAS services.
- Address tough problems, such as scalability, stability and visibility.
- Work with the engineering team to define the service verification method and implement it as a stage of CI/CD pipeline to ensure SLA(99.99%) is achievable.
- Work with the engineering team and DevOps team to improve overall CI/CD user experience, including but not limited to workflow and performance improvements.
- Take on call shift with the team.
- Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in production environments.
About You:
- 3+ years DevOps/SRE working experience in GCP/AWS for SAAS services.
- Computer science or related engineering degrees.
- Expert in kubernetes, microservices, helm charts, gitlab CI/CD, ArgoCD.
- Coding experience with one compute language, prefer golang or python.
- Good experience on GCP/AWS and SAAS.
- Good experience on k8s, auto scaling, and version upgrading.
- Being familiar with kafka, elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, scyllaDB, databricks, dagster, sentry, Kong, prometheus is a plus.
Pay Transparancy
Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Base Salary Range
$207,000—$264,000 USD
