We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Delivery Engineering team at MMB, part of Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca.

As a Senior Squad Leader, you will guide one or more Squads, ensuring the successful delivery of working software to production while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

We will count on you to:

• Guide one or more Squads and be responsible for their delivery of working software through to production.

• Be a proven expert in Agile / Scrum / Lean software development methodologies, a guardian of the delivery team's development processes, and driven by delivering value.

• Be an excellent communicator and facilitator who is not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from the delivery team.

• Run the software delivery for your Squad, ensuring there are smooth and efficient processes for getting software through from requirements to working in production.

• Be responsible for ensuring your Squad is motivated, collaborative, efficient, and empowered.

• Own the Continuous Improvement backlog for your Squad, focusing on time to market, efficiency, and quality.

What you need to have:

• 4+ years experience and track record of successful delivery in complex enterprise platforms or multi-product technological landscapes as Scrum Master or similar role;

• Good understanding of Software Development, Architecture, Test Engineering, and Security best practices in an Agile environment;

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles and methodologies;

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior executives;

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification;
