The Role:
This role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving EHS programs to achieve full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements. Besides, this individual will function as part of site management team to work collaboratively with Entegris Corporate EHS to identify, prevent and resolve potential EHS issues.
This position is located at KSP (Kaohsiung Science Park)
In this role you will:
Conduct contractor management program of Entegris, identify and eliminate hazards and potential risks in the workplace.
Organize site employee EHS training and education, maintain EHS related licenses.
Drive improvements in organizational Safety culture, awareness, and accountability.
Maintain a list of hazardous substances and conduct operational environment monitoring.
Perform SH management of the factory to ensure compliance, ISO system operation, and compliance with Entegris EHS requirements, including documentation, on-site inspections and audits.
Conducts incident/accident investigations and develops corrective and preventive action plans.
This role is responsible for the Kaohsiung site and reports directly to the KSP EHS Manager
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Master’s degree in safety, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience in EHS management in factories
Class B certificate in occupational S&H management is required
Labor safety/hygiene manager or administrator and related license for air pollution, wastewater, toxic and concerned chemical substances, waste handling is preferred.
Compliance experience with EHS regulations, ISO14001 & 45001, customer audit, etc.
Proven project and program management skills
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships.
Knowledge of RCA, JSA, LOTO, etc.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS-Office.
Moderate written and verbal communication skills in English.
