Job Description:

The Role: GA Administrator 

  • Be responsible for daily operation in general affairs, hosting visitors, office staff oversea travel assistance and reception.    

  • perform general office administrative duties as assigned including procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and cleaning tools. 

  • Provide necessary support to supervisor for handling administration works 

  • Support travel arrangements (accommodation, car rental, …), complementing the existing corporate booking platform 

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency (SAP, document control, offices contracts 

  • As a receptionist at the counter, assist in the management of courier, mail, etc. at the counter and assist visitors. Manage distribution of national and international mail and packages – incoming and outgoing. 

  • Make sure implementation of company directions & policies 

In this role you will: 

  • Assist office staffs travel arrangement 

  • Assist oversea visitors for their stay & necessary support at KSP 

  • Perform general office administrative duties 

  • Coordinate activities of department if needed 

  • Assists manage contractor of general affairs 

  • Provide necessary support to supervisor 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

  • Familiar travel arrangement such as: Visa, Passport, ticket etc 

  • Agility to response urgently needs 

  • Good coordination ability 

  • Personality: Considerate, patient, positive, with customer service mentality, willing to collaboratively work with a wide range of people.  

  • Having drivers license for 4 wheels vehicle is considered as a plus. 

  • BA degree or above 

  • Being fluent in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing 

  • Skillful on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)  

 

Your success will be measured by: 

  • P - Acting as a coordinator among internal stakeholders. 

  • A – Overseeing general affairs administration, tracking schedule/cost and escalating issues 

  • C – Optimizing communication process with contactors and internal stakeholder. 

  • E – Dedicating project administration and project control to support project completion on time and on budget.
