Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $53,779 - $91,291. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.

In this role you will…
- Define and drive product vision, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

What you need to be successful…
- 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, or insurance
- 4+ years in insurance (preferred)
- 2+ years in Product Development & Agile Methodology
- Direct Bill experience preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Expertise in Agile product development and Lean methodologies
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams effectively
