MTS Overview:
Mastercard Transaction Services [MTS] is the division responsible for the management of the legal entities under which all of Mastercard's current licensed money transfer services (and in the future other regulated activities) will be conducted. The MTS division (and associated MTS shared services functions) are housed under the umbrella of Mastercard Transaction Services and are comprised of the components which are necessary to support the activities of a licensed payment services firm. These components include:
The maintenance of payment institution/money transmitter licenses (and in future state, other applicable payment services licenses) for operating payments business in defined jurisdictions.
Currently supporting cross border account to account payments globally, designing for crypto (stablecoins) and exploring Open Banking and other products.
Associated settlement accounts and other treasury services for the relevant MTS entity
Compliance services including but not limited to real-time sanctions screening / AML / Fraud
Regulatory reporting to the relevant regulators on behalf of the regulated business and its subsequent activities.
Role:
Working closely with a variety of product lines to evaluate opportunities for products to expand propositions into regulated activities facilitated by MTS.
Designing new products and product enhancements, for MTS elements and documenting the design.
Evaluate product enhancement impacts, on MTS and engage the right stakeholders to provide an MTS response to support product line decision making in a timely manor.
The role will support evaluating a pipeline of new products and product enhancements to enable Mastercard's multi-rail strategy, particularly with regulated products.
The role will also interface into a multi-disciplinary team of MTS functions to develop and design solutions to enable products to operate within regulated environments.

Responsibilities:
Supporting D2S Product enablement: Developing solutions, using data driven approach. Working at the forefront of developing new products in regulated markets for new flows.
Internal advisory and consulting to support products on go to market.
Supporting product in developing new products and product enhancements using.
Defines requirements from product lines and articulates them in an easy to understand format for multiple diverse stakeholder group.
Brings functional areas along the journey and supports them in developing an understanding of the new product and or product enhancement.
Organises and leads workshops with product lines and functional areas to ensure a solution can be developed.
Develop solution documents, including any assumptions, activities, costs.
Develop materials to facilitate decision making from senior management.
Provides SME guidance and product line advocacy for solutions going through execution.
Support the building of repeatable scalable processes: Will support process improvement with the production of scalable repeatable processes across market expansion, functional processes, and direct to scheme expansion.
Contribute towards improving the intake process and making things easier for product lines and MTS functional areas a like.
Own operational process expansion: Support designing and developing new operational processes for MTS as an enterprise assets for functional services.
Support the development of future states functional service design.

All About You:
Must have business analyst/solution experience at a bank - non-banking financial institution
Essential to be able to take complex problems and drive solutions
Must be customer focused and maintain advocate relationships
Verbal and written communication is clear and concise
Experience improving team processes that accelerate product development, delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
Clear communicator with the ability to be flexible in your approach to variety of stakeholder groups.
Experience developing power points stories and presentation
Must be comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving a way forward
Consulting experience is desirable
Understanding of operating within a regulatory environment desirable
