The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs.
We are looking for an individual to join the European CA&E Product Team as a Senior Specialist for card-linked offer solutions across Europe, with a particular focus on Mastercard Travel Rewards (MTR), a card-linked offer program designed for tourists traveling abroad.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to all aspects of product management, supporting product and market readiness for offers solutions. You will collaborate closely with regional and global product managers, as well as account management, sales, commercialization, and program management teams.
The role will report to the Regional CA&E Product Manager.
The ideal candidate should have experience in consulting, product management or marketing within B2B and/or B2C organizations with a proven track of record in:• managing products• supporting market assessment and readiness activities• contributing to the development of go to market strategies
Experience working with a diverse customer base, including loyalty solutions, financial and non-financial institutions, and delivering both single-country and multi-country programs is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:• Support product management activities for offers solutions across Europe, in particular for the MTR Program;• Manage and respond to queries related to program changes, updates, and new functionalities;• Proactively identify and address new opportunities related to offers programs across divisions;• Analyze existing systems and operating models (internal and external) to identify gaps and propose improvements;• Monitor and measure product performance using a data-driven, KPI-based framework;• Contribute to growing revenue and profitability of the CA&E Offer Solutions business in Europe;• Ensure global best practices are consistently applied across the European division;• Ensure compliance with relevant processes and quality standards;• Support product and market readiness for new products and new markets;• Partner with regional and global teams to advocate for new product developments and ongoing product management.

Pay Ranges
Rome, Italy: €45,000 - €72,000 EUR

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in consulting, product management, or marketing within B2B and/or B2C organizations
