The Optimization Solutions team focuses on tracking digital performance across all products and regions, understanding the factors influencing performance and the broader industry landscape. The Role
This role is responsible for developing, managing, and owning a suite of dashboards that provide deep insights into key KPI performance and its underlying drivers. The role treats dashboards as products, with clear ownership, roadmap, quality standards, and stakeholder adoption.• Own the end-to-end development, maintenance, and evolution of a suite of Power BI dashboards that surface performance insights across products, and regions• Act as the dashboard product owner, defining requirements, success metrics, and roadmap in partnership with business, product, and regional stakeholders• Design and build scalable data pipelines and data models to support reliable, timely, and accurate performance reporting and analysis• Perform data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and processing on high-volume, high-dimensionality data to enable consistent and trusted insights• Ensure dashboards translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable narratives for business, product, and executive audiences• Partner closely with data science and analytics teams to integrate advanced analytics and machine learning outputs into dashboards where applicable• Continuously improve dashboard performance, usability, and data quality, incorporating feedback and evolving business needs• Apply strong understanding of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to contextualize performance and trends• Drive alignment across teams to ensure insights lead to action and measurable business outcomes
All About You• A superior academic record at a leading university in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience• Strong experience in owning and managing enterprise analytics dashboards as products, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement• Deep hands-on expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, performance optimization, and storytelling for business audiences• Solid background in data engineering and data pipeline development, enabling end-to-end ownership from raw data to insights• Experience in data management, data analytics, data reporting, and data product development• Proficiency in Python/Spark, Hadoop platforms & tools (Hive, Impala, Airflow, NiFi), and SQL to build and support large-scale data solutions• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations• Product management mindset, with experience gathering requirements, prioritizing features, managing stakeholders, and driving adoption of analytical products• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure dashboards and insights meet real business and product needs• Ability to build a compelling narrative around performance and the business value of data-driven insights• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as both a team player and individual contributor
