We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Custody Client Change (CCC) team. This role is located in Wroclaw.
This role supports the delivery of client onboarding initiatives and custody-related project workstreams under the guidance of senior project managers and program leads.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Junior Project Manager supports the delivery of new client onboarding projects or defined workstreams within larger custody programs. The role focuses on project coordination, documentation, tracking, and stakeholder support, ensuring activities are delivered in line with agreed plans, governance standards, and client expectations.
Working closely with senior project managers, business, technology, product, and operations teams, the Junior Project Manager helps maintain transparency, structure, and disciplined execution throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Role Overview
The Project Manager supports the delivery of new client onboarding projects or defined workstreams within larger custody programs. The role focuses on project coordination, documentation, tracking, and stakeholder support, ensuring activities are delivered in line with agreed plans, governance standards, and client expectations.
Working closely with senior project managers, business, technology, product, and operations teams, the Project Manager helps maintain transparency, structure, and disciplined execution throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Practical project management experience and a solid understanding of core project management concepts are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Documentation
Support adherence to project governance standards and minimum requirements.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation.
Ensure project information is correctly maintained in project management systems and repositories.
Assist with preparation of materials for internal reviews, audits, and governance forums.
Follow established risk and compliance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning & Delivery Support
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and task trackers.
Track progress against milestones and escalate delays or issues to senior project managers.
Help coordinate activities across business, technology, product, and operations teams.
Support day‑to‑day project execution activities to ensure deliverables remain on track.
Prepare structured status updates and reporting materials.
This role requires prior exposure to planning, tracking, and delivery of project activities.
Stakeholder & Client Support
Assist in gathering, documenting, and reviewing business requirements.
Support coordination of client and internal meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Help track approvals and ensure requirements sign‑off is documented.
Act as a support point for operational and digital integration‑related queries during onboarding.
Contribute to clear, timely, and professional stakeholder communication.
Risk, Issue & Change Support
Help identify, log, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support escalation of risks and issues through agreed governance channels.
Assist with documenting scope changes and maintaining change logs.
Track mitigating actions and follow up on resolution.
Operational Readiness & Project Closure
Support activities required for Operational Readiness and transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
Assist with project closure documentation and lessons learned.
Ensure agreed closure activities are completed and documented.
Required Skills & Experience
Some hands‑on experience in project management or project coordination (e.g. internal projects, vendor management, onboarding initiatives, or small‑scale deliveries).
Understanding of core project management concepts such as planning, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational, tracking, and documentation skills.
Good analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with appropriate guidance.
Familiarity with basic project management tools and reporting methods.
Interest in financial services and custody‑related products.
Basic understanding of data delivery mechanisms (e.g. SFTP) is an advantage.
