Lead, Plant Finance

The Role: 

We are seeking a Operations Finance Lead to join our team to provide plant finance decision support for our manufacturing sites in Aurora, IL and Green Bay, WI. The Lead, Plant Finance provides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management in the Materials Solutions (MS) Division.  The individual’s responsibilities are to assist in the maintenance of the plant cost accounting processes and to provide operational/cost accounting analysis in support of plant operations. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, MS Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or cost accounting function

• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Powerpoint

• Microsoft Power BI experience a plus

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment

• Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude

• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners.

• Compensation: $114,000 - $140,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
