Serve as primary HR operations contact handling employee inquiries, relations, onboarding/offboarding, attendance and payroll inputs, HRIS data integrity, compliance, engagement programs, and cross-functional coordination. Lead HR initiatives, process improvements, townhalls, and sensitive employee matters while partnering with managers to maintain a fair, compliant workplace.

- Foster a positive workplace culture by proactively identifying potential issues and gathering employee feedback.
- Collaborating on HR projects and leading initiatives, such as performance management, talent processes, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Talent Acquisition, Admin, and IT, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Address internal administrative queries related to access cards, seating, and travel/cab coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations with some exposure to administrative responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to build rapport across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms (preferably Zoho People or ADP).
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and responsive to dynamic workplace needs.
Timings : US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST)
